Pegasus zorg
Pegasus Zorg is an importer and distributor of rehabilitation and healthcare products, offering a catalogue of more than 1,000 products through its website. On the previous website, every product had to be created and maintained manually in the CMS because there was no connection with the company's back-office system. This made product management time-consuming and increased the risk of outdated or inconsistent product information.

Overview
The goal was to modernize the website while automating the product management process. The biggest challenge was to synchronize product information from the bookkeeping system without losing the flexibility to manage website-specific content, such as additional specifications and product images.
We redesigned the website with a modern look and feel and developed an API integration between the bookkeeping system and the website. Every night, the integration automatically imports new and updated products, including their associated images, ensuring the website always contains the latest product data.
To manage the imported products, we built a custom administration panel using Filament. This dashboard allows employees to edit information that is not available in the bookkeeping system, such as additional specifications, marketing content, and product images. The import process was designed to preserve these manual changes while still synchronizing the latest product data from the external system. By combining automated imports with manual content management, the client gained a flexible and efficient workflow.
Outcome
The new platform significantly reduced the manual effort required to maintain more than 1,000 products while improving the accuracy and consistency of the product catalogue. Product information is now automatically synchronized every night, and the client can efficiently manage website-specific content through a user-friendly dashboard.
